Dear Friends, this week we received a letter with words of gratitude from Alexey Kovalenko and his mother, Elena.

The photograph shows Alexey, who lives a full-fledged adult life today, studies at a university, travels, plays sports and makes plans for the future.
But only 5 years ago everything was completely different, and the life of this young man was in the balance.
Let's remember how it was >>

In November 2013, Alexey's mother asked our foundation for help. Alexey (he was 15 years old) was diagnosed with a brain tumor, and he needed an urgent operation as of that time. Doctors from the German clinic of Charité agreed to perform such a kind of operation on an urgent basis. About 40,000 dollars were needed to perform the operation, and literally every day counted.

That's when we first started the Charity Marathon campaign, and what seemed impossible miraculously happened! We managed to raise the necessary amount within just 2 days (!) and urgently pay the bill to the German clinic, where they were already waiting for Alexey.

Already 5 days after contacting the ICCF Whole World, Alexey had already flown to Germany for treatment. The operation was successful, and healthy Alexey returned home soon after that.

We sincerely wish Alexey good health, academic achievements and happiness in his personal life!

It was symbolic that exactly 5 years later, in November 2018, we resumed this excellent motivating campaign again, and this time we launched the perpetual Charity Marathon of Whole World!
